RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a return, refund, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including: - Gift cards - Downloadable products - Personal care or hygiene products - Items that have been used, damaged, or are no longer in their original condition - Items returned without proof of purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
RETURN CONDITIONS
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, including: - Any item that is not in its original condition - Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error - Any item returned after the 14-day return period
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received and approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
